The hotel rooms were neat and somewhat nice with modern designs, simple, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long drive. Having a coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. However, noise transfer from rooms above can be a disturbance.

The rooms were neat and somewhat nice interlaced with modern designs yet simple and comfy, providing a quiet sanctuary after a ten-hour drive. Having a coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus, although noise transfer from rooms above was noticeable.

The service was excellent, with a very welcoming and informative staff who provided valuable insights about the town. They were impeccable, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with our plans, even providing a bus timetable for our journey to San Sebastián.

The location was convenient, being close to all the action in town and next to a bus stop for San Sebastián. Despite some noise, the hotel is well-maintained and up to a high standard but could use some improvement in certain areas.
